Present general conditions have for subject the purchase of products, through the site www.officinedelvetro-store.com property of Multiforme s.a.s. headquartered in Trebaseleghe 35010 - Padua, via A. Vespucci 16, Veneto - ITALY
The operations of purchase will be regulated by the dispositions by the law n. 185 of the 22.5.1999, and disciplined by the law 196/03.

Terms & Conditions of sale


When buying through us you confirm that you have seen and approved our terms and conditions of sale. By clicking on the buy on-line link, you accept this agreement. This agreement is valid until further notice between the consumer (you) and the manufacturer (Multiforme Lighting).

Warranty

All The artistic chandeliers in the site are producted and certificated by Multiforme lighting. They are complete of standard chain (length 50 cms) and glassy ceiling cup. (It's always possible to furnish customised lengths on demand). The works are furnished with bulb-holders in pvc: on demand are available other formats and colors are available. The articles represented in picture and in catalog can have small dimensional and chromatic differences, entirely due to the handicraft execution typical of the Murano glass.


Prices

Prices are inclusive of VAT. In case of changes in the VAT, we retain the right to change our prices accordingly.
Please note: if you are a professional or a company, you won't have to pay VAT, but just the taxable income. (V.A.T. not due ex art. 41 D.L. 331/93 or art.8ca DPR 633). As a Multiforme Lighting customer, you will not incur any extra charges except those specified in the total amount of your shopping basket. The lighting fixtures are always sent duty free within the EU. Customs' brokerage for international extra UE orders is Customer’s sole responsibility.

Cookies and Security

No cookies letting third-party users make use of your account, or trace your personal internet activities on the Multiforme Lighting website. Third party cookies are only being used to create statistics about the usage of our site excluding any personal information. Cookies are only needed to remember the goods in your shopping cart. All bank transactions are encrypted.

Delivery

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges.   Orders will be shipped within 2 – 3 business days after the order has been placed, subject to availability. Orders are normally shipped via Fedex, or DHL, or UPS. Multiforme Lighting is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Our lighting fixture is a work of craftsmanship, exclusive and tailor-made for you. The time of production is approximately 3 working weeks, with an additional 3 days for DHL delivery to any destination and 4-5 days for air mail delivery. In certain circumstances, the dispatch time may increase by a couple of days. We always do our best to maintain the schedule and deliver our goods to your door as swiftly as possible.
Our exclusive creations are entrusted to expert and reliable transport agencies who effect delivery during normal office working hours. We therefore request that you indicate an address at which you will be available at those hours. The merchandise is suitably packed and insured against damage, loss or theft during transport. In case of damage or tampering, the customer must refuse acceptance of the merchandise.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations

According to the national consumer protection laws regarding remote agreements and home sale agreements, you as a consumer have the right to reject your goods purchased from us within 10 days from delivery. If you ordered goods that have been customized to your preferences, for example a tailor made murano glass chandelier, the right to rejection is forfeited. The right of refusal only applies if the goods are returned in an unaltered state. You have the right to terminate the agreement by sending a message to Multiforme Lighting within 14 days from the day of your purchase or within seven working days from the day of the agreement. This right does not apply for custom made goods like tailor made lamps as these are produced to meet your specifications and your needs. Please note that the process of making your chandelier starts after placing your order and production costs are involved. Any attempt to abuse our services will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under applicable law.

Notice of Defects

Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. Customer shall notify Multiforme Lighting in writing, via postal letter format or e-mail WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE MERCHANDISE, if there is any concern regarding size, color, or quality.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MULTIFORME ACCEPT CLAIMS OR RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WHICH HAS BEEN ALTERED OR MODIFIED IN ANY MANNER. All damaged merchandise will need to be sent back to MULTIFORME. The Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to return exchanged merchandise that is the result of fit or style selection.


Prices, Quantities, Styles, Colors, Tolerances

Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.  Multiforme reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or collections.

Multiforme Lighting's glass chandeliers are always handmade by Murano masters. Please note that our products have tolerances of about a 5% on the total size. We always improve the quality of our products and introduce new designs to our chandeliers and website.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the photographic representation, description and specification of each product is accurate. However, while the reproduction of colours is a close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods may occur. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information about your order.


Personal information

Multiforme Lighting is responsible for the integrity of the personal information given by our customers. Your personal information is only used for internal purposes and neither your personal details nor your e-mail address will be given to third parties.

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure the agreement can either be considered as judicially cancelled with neither customer nor Multiforme Lighting being entitled to any compensation or the delivery time(s) can be extended with the currency of the force majeure. Multiforme Lighting considers force majeure as: war, mobilization, terror acts, blockade stagnation of work, transport obstructions, measures of commercial policy, new or amended legislation, strikes, the non-delivery or non due deliveries of the goods by suppliers to Multiforme Lighting, natural catastrophes and any circumstances, events and circumstances that are beyond our control.
